Hello.... I'm a first-time blogger, long-time person.
My beautiful wife talked me into starting this blog and I'm not sure anyone will ever see this. Like the tree that falls in the forest, will anyone ever hear it? I know I'll have at least loyal fan... her. By the way, that is a picture of her, not me.
So, what can I say on my first blog that no one will probably ever read? I think I should only talk about things of interest to other people. Like, music, piano, Jesus, my wife, my kids, my 1965 AC Cobra, my velcro collection, collector coffee mugs, dolphins, spotted owls, candy canes, wicker baskets, laundry tips, things to say that will shock people, political candidates from third world countries, zip-loc technology, chinesse imigration laws, cowboy poetry, light refraction, heat transfer coefficiencies, baby butterflies, and......, me.
Oh, here's a good shot of me. Gotta go, you'll have to wait for my next interesting post.

It is not true! The tree does make noise when it falls in the forrest even when no one is there. I have been there and seen it happen myself, plus I have talked with many fallen tree. Sorry to hear about your cancer, hope you have a great holiday.

Hey Rockstar ....... I know more about metal than you know about the palm of your hand! The only reason why I scratch new metallica cd's is because they are worthless due to the fact that you can download all their songs for FREE on www.limewire.com .... I did you a favor! And this is the thanks I get. Besides Paul doesn't even know who Ronnie James is or name any of his songs besides "Rainbow in the Dark" which even girls who hate metal even know! He was also with another band .... Do you know which one that is? Poser? Hate to run gotta still get out and buy you that Boys 2 Men CD you wanted for XMas before it is sold out .... should go along nicely with your Backstreet Boys collection. JK Maybe.
Things to say that will shock people eh?(i've been hangin out with canadians lol) like saying thingsd like America controls i think it was 40% of the worlds resources but only has 6% of the worlds population? and also that 1 billion people live on less than a dollar a day. or are those just alarming statistics? hehe, well Paul i know i never get to see you or your family but i will be praying for you, i'll try to keep up with reading your blog but as you prolly know i'm going to guatemala on the first of January so don't feel bad if i don't read it ;o)

About the tree in the forest . . .
Why did the tree fall? Was it hurt? Was it sick? Did it have emotional issues connected with the falling? Was it a democratic tree or a republican tree? All of these things matter you know!

If one more well cooked breakfast would make a difference (or be heard in the woods) I would do it. There isn't anything we can say that you don't already know. God has given you all the courage and strength to get through this. He has placed on your shoulders the honor of being a father and a husband and you are Lookin' Good!
We love you Paul and will be keeping you in our hearts and prayers. We will talk later on just how God hears the trees in the Forest and why we can't hear what He hears. Someone has said that you can’t see the trees for the forest, (or is it that -you can’t see the forest for the trees??) Whatever! - Guess it's we’ll just have to leave some of these hard puzzles to decide about later. Looking forward to seeing a great recovery and that God will give your doctors great wisdom and skill in dealing with the need at hand.
